Following his stupendous concert in Wivenhoe last year, award-winning Spanish guitar virtuoso José Almarcha brings his electrifying trio to a new venue - the Red Lion in Manningtree!
Blending raw traditional flamenco roots with modern jazz harmony, the trio moves fluidly from stripped-back, pin-drop intimate guitar reflections to explosive, rhythmically charged peaks.
A winner of the prestigious Niño Ricardo International Flamenco Guitar Competition, José's trio bridges the gap between deep-rooted Andalusian tradition and contemporary jazz-infused exploration.

Spanish dance and music luminaries, José has cemented his reputation as one of the most exciting young talents and composers in modern flamenco.
