    Derek Nash
    Organ Trio

Serving up classic cuts from Blue Note's 50s and 60s back catalogue, plus a few compositions from the Derek Nash Quartet and Sax Appeal repertoire, the Organ Trio's mix of jazz, funk, blues and Latin has made them firm favourites on the British jazz scene.

Led by Jools Holland’s lead saxophonist for over 20 years, multi-award winner Derek is arguably the busiest jazz musician in the UK today. One of the most enthusiastic and engaging performers, he's also one of the hottest, funkiest saxophone players around.

Aside from fronting his own groups, and co-leading The Wonder of Stevie with Noel McCalla, Derek has regularly performed, recorded and guested with a diverse range of artists, including Eric Clapton, Booker T., Sir Paul McCartney, Mezzoforte, Sir Tom Jones,  Amy Winehouse,  Jack Bruce, Bob

Dorough, Rumer, David Benoit, Ernie Watts, Nelson Rangell, Don and Dave Grusin, and Shakatak.

Organist Jim Watson has worked with Kurt Elling, Sting, Incognito, former AWB front man Hamish Stuart, Manu Katche, and the BBC Radio Big Band.

As well as running is own club, drummer George Double has worked with Dame Shirley Bassey, Grammy Award winner Jack Jones, Marc Almond, Mica Paris, Ruthie Henshall, and Kym Mazelle.

With the Organ Trio, you're most definitley guaranteed a cracking evening's music!
